The service
Stazus provides scheduled HTTP monitoring, analytics, incident response, notifications, a Developer API, and MCP access. Features marked as planned or coming soon are not part of the current service.
The service is in private beta. We can change, suspend, or remove beta features. We do not provide a service-level agreement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Accounts and teams
- Give accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect your sign-in methods, tokens, and recovery factors.
- Use only the access and API scopes that your work requires.
- Team editors are responsible for invitations, roles, monitored destinations, and notification configuration.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Authorized monitoring and acceptable use
You must own each monitored destination or have permission to monitor it.
You must not use Stazus to:
- access systems or data without permission;
- scan private networks or bypass destination controls;
- send harmful, deceptive, excessive, or unlawful traffic;
- interfere with Stazus or another user;
- upload malware or credentials that you cannot lawfully use; or
- violate a law, contract, or third-party right.
We can limit or suspend activity that creates a security, legal, or availability risk.
Your content and confidential values
You keep ownership of content that you submit. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and sensitivity of monitoring configuration and incident content. Use the secret fields for confidential request values. Do not place secrets in names, descriptions, comments, or other ordinary text fields.
Beta availability and monitoring limits
Monitoring evidence can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect because of network conditions, destination behavior, maintenance, or service faults. Do not use Stazus as the only control for safety-critical, emergency, medical, financial, or other high-risk decisions.
Keep independent recovery, backup, and communication procedures that match your operational risk.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Stazus at any time. We can suspend or end access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or the end of the beta. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to export data.
Rights, liability, and governing law
Australian law can give you rights and consumer guarantees that these terms cannot exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or changes those rights when the law does not permit it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided as available. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the beta service.
Western Australian law governs these terms. Courts with jurisdiction in Western Australia can hear disputes.
Contact and changes
Send questions to contact@jdqc.dev. We will update the effective date when these terms change. We will give additional notice when a material change affects current users.
